DocumentDB supports the use of Stored Procedures.

Andrew Liu  wrote a tutorial on DocumentDB server-side programming: Stored procedures, database triggers, and UDFs.

The tutorial covers the basics  on DocumentDB’s language integrated, transactional execution of JavaScript.  This lets developers write source stored procedures, where to order synthroid triggers and http://lakesidemarinahickory.com/amenities/ user defined functions (UDFs) natively in JavaScript.

After working my way through Andrew’s and other tutorials,  I thought about what are the Use Cases  for using DocumentDB Stored Procedures.

Over the next month or so, I would like to explore and create a solution for each Use Case.

I will publish the source code to the Microsoft Developer Network Samples.

I welcome  suggestions for an Use Case. If you have one, please use the following form.  If you would like to jointly write the article, or even contribute it directly, you are more than welcome to do so.[/vc_column_text][ninja_forms_display_form id=”6″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”Related articles” font_container=”tag:h2|text_align:left|color:%232a2a2a” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_separator color=”black” align=”align_left” border_width=”3″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
